About the AW Campus

Future through
Education and Integration

We work closely with our local team and our network in Kenya, as well as with our partners in Germany. This allows us to operatively link both systems – from selection to sustainable integration.

Our strength lies in our proximity to both realities. We think holistically: successful integration doesn't begin upon arrival, but in structured preparation on-site.

Vision

We believe in a labor market where opportunities, qualifications, and demand come together meaningfully – across national borders.

The AW Campus aims to contribute to a future where international talent acquisition is fair, structured, and sustainable: for companies, skilled professionals, and society.

Mission

We specifically qualify skilled workers from Kenya for the German labor market and support companies in successfully recruiting and integrating suitable talents long-term.

To achieve this, we combine language promotion, professional qualification, intercultural preparation, and personal support into a practice-oriented overall approach.

I know both systems not only from theory but also from practice. Successful specialist programs require clear processes, realistic preparation, and a genuine understanding of people.

About us

We connect potential with perspective

The AW Campus stands for a new form of international talent acquisition.

Our work is based on the conviction that sustainable solutions can only emerge when qualification, preparation, and integration are considered together. A particular focus is placed on the quality of qualification. Language, professional, and organizational preparation are geared towards the requirements of German companies and institutions.

Through collaboration with partners from business, education, and chambers of commerce, a reliable system is created that enables structured and sustainable international recruitment of skilled workers.

Our goal is to create long-term connections – between companies and professionals.

We experienced firsthand on-site how crucial a clean and structured preparation is. That's precisely where successful and sustainable integration of skilled workers begins.
